Start with the constraint
We don't start with architecture. We start with the real bottleneck — latency, cost, complexity, or time to market. The answer changes the design more than any framework choice does.
Simple and boring by default
We reach for proven tools before new ones, write code the next engineer can read without context, and treat every abstraction as debt until it proves its worth.
AI is an integration problem, not a research problem
When AI is part of the stack, the goal is reliable output, bounded behavior, and clear fallback logic — not a demo.
Honest tradeoffs
We tell you what's achievable, what isn't, and where the real unknowns are before we start. If a simpler solution exists, we say so.

Bobadilla Tech grew out of the engineering work of its founder, Eliaz Bobadilla, who started taking on client projects and brought together developers he trusted.
Today it is a team with its own clients and its own products. On each project, the engineers building it set the technical direction.
